At Barker & Hale we personally select all of our products based on their outstanding quality and consistent great taste. Our handmade chocolates are made exclusively for Barker & Hale by a traditionally trained Belgian chocolatier in Sydney, NSW. He imports his own couverture and meticulously hand makes all his products to order to ensure that you receive a product that is fresh and tastes delicious.

T2 tea is a well known brand of tea from Melbourne with several dedicated tea shops in both Melbourne and Sydney. At Barker & Hale we have the largest range of T2 tea in Western Australia. Our extensive selection of T2 products ranges from simple black teas such as English Breakfast to exotic white teas, hand rolled green teas, and beautifully blended herbal tisanes.

The captivating smell of freshly roasted coffee from local Western Australian artisan roasters Fiori Coffee and 5 Senses greets you every time you enter a Barker & Hale store. We order small batches of coffee to ensure that you get the freshest product possible and grind it to order (if required), to ensure maximum freshness.

We strive to carry a range of interesting and unique giftware that complements our range of gourmet products. Teapots and tea sets, coffee pots, beautiful coffee cups and servingware all add to the enjoyment of our products. We carry a wide range of gifts that are both beautiful and practical.
